Cornwall Wedding Photography
Choosing your wedding photographer is one of the most important decisions you’ll make. I’m Maryann, a Cornwall-based wedding photographer with a warm, relaxed approach and a genuine passion for real storytelling. Whether you’re planning an intimate micro-wedding, a full-day celebration at a Cornish barn or coastal venue, or a romantic elopement on the cliffs above the Atlantic, I’d love to be there to capture it. Below you’ll find my current wedding photography packages, all designed to give you a flexible, stress-free experience from start to finish.
Every couple is different, and every wedding day has its own rhythm. That’s why my Cornwall wedding photography packages are designed to be flexible, from a short, focused session for a micro-wedding to a full day of documentary coverage for a big celebration. Whether you’re exchanging vows on a windswept headland at Land’s End, getting ready in a converted Cornish barn in the Roseland Peninsula, or dancing the night away at a venue on the Helford River, I want your photos to feel as alive and real as the day itself.
I work quietly and unobtrusively, I’m there to capture the real moments, not to direct them. No awkward line-ups or forced smiles. Just your people, your energy, and the magic of Cornwall as your backdrop.
Cornwall isn’t just where I work, it’s home. I know the light on the cliffs at Kynance Cove in late afternoon. I know which lanes around Fowey turn golden in autumn, and where to stand at Tregenna Castle to catch the last of the sun. That local knowledge means I can help you find the perfect spots for portraits, whatever the weather, and in Cornwall, the weather always has something to say.
I’ve photographed weddings at venues across the county, including Tredudwell Manor, the Lost Gardens of Heligan, Frieda and the Moon, Boconnoc Estate, and many beautiful barn venues and coastal sites. If you’ve chosen a spot I haven’t been to before, I’ll scout it beforehand so I’m always prepared.
All of my Cornwall wedding photography packages include a pre-wedding consultation (in person, by video call, or over the phone, whatever suits you), a password-protected private online gallery, digital download of all hand-finished images with full print release, and unlimited coverage during the booked hours. I edit every image individually, no batch filters, no cookie-cutter presets. The style is warm, natural, and timeless, with a documentary feel that lets your day speak for itself.
How far in advance should I book?
Most couples book 12–18 months ahead, especially for popular summer and autumn dates. That said, I do sometimes have last-minute availability, it’s always worth getting in touch to check.
Do you travel outside Cornwall?
Absolutely. I’m based in mid Cornwall but I regularly photograph weddings across the South West, including Devon, Dorset, and beyond. For destination weddings further afield, just get in touch and we can discuss travel.
What happens if it rains?
Cornwall rain can be dramatic and beautiful, I embrace it rather than hide from it. I always have a plan B for weather, and some of my favourite wedding photographs have been taken in drizzle and sea mist. Moody skies, windswept hair, genuine laughter under an umbrella, it’s all part of the story.
Can I see a full wedding gallery before booking?
Yes, I’m happy to share full galleries with you once we’ve had an initial chat. Just drop me a message and we’ll arrange it.
